RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because each item is crafted in small batches and made with pure essential oils, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to fragrance preference.
Scent is highly personal, and natural essential oil fragrances can vary greatly from conventional synthetic fragrances many customers may be familiar with.
If you need help selecting a fragrance before ordering, feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help guide you toward the right scent for your space.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your item during normal use, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
