RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using pure essential oils, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including for fragrance preference.
Scent is highly personal, and natural essential oil fragrances can vary greatly from conventional synthetic fragrances that customers may be familiar with.
If you need help selecting a fragrance before ordering, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help guide you toward the right scent for your space.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you experience an issue with a product during normal use, please contact us. When appropriate, we will provide a replacement or otherwise work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or defective items are handled separately and do not qualify for a return or refund.
